The Office of Pool Administration, under contract with the New York State Department of Health (DOH), allows users to submit electronic reports to DOH through their website.  While the Office of Pool Administration makes a concerted effort to ensure all pages in its website are accessible to all persons, you may still encounter accessibility problems when utilizing our site.  If you encounter any accessibility problems, please contact us via email at webpools@hcrapools.org or via phone at (315) 671-3800.

Our website has two main sections.  One section is fully accessible to the public.  The other section is secure and requires a userid and password.  After a successful login, you will access the secure section of our website and a new window will open overlaying your browser.  This may cause a problem if you are using a screen reader.  A screen reader is a third party software program designed for the visually impaired that reads the contents of a screen and converts the text to speech.  To help navigate with a screen reader, please click on the button below.  This button will toggle "on" and "off" with each click of your mouse.  The button defaults to "off".
