In accordance with the New York State Department of Health (DOH), the Office of Pool Administration will use this website to collect and disseminate information regarding Home Care costs associated with the increases in the New York State Minimum Wage.

In order to be accurately reimbursed for costs associated with the increase in minimum wage, Medicaid Managed Care Organizations are required to create an account associated with their organization, maintain the contact information for their entity, and use this account to submit their Minimum Wage Reconciliation Cost Report (MWRCR) to the Department of Health.
